Check-In is available from 3pm to 9:30pm, when our standard key collection closes.
Keys for the property are stored at our KeyNest location at Chatime Bubbletea, a short 5 minute walk away on Division Street. Please note that the KeNest location will close promptly at 9:30pm each evening, if you are planning to arrive after this time, do contact us to arrange a late check-in*.
Our late check-in facility is a 6 minute drive from the apartment, so you will need transport (or a taxi) if you wish to use the 24 hour key collection facility.
The keys you collect will have a key for the apartment and a red fob, which will enable you to access the building entrances and car park. Simply place the red fob over the fob readers by the entrances and car park. If coming by car the location of the car park is in the PARKING section of this guide.
If arriving on foot or by public-transport, the entrance reader is below the entrance intercom system at 9 Cavandish Street S3 7SJ
Check-Out is at 11am. When leaving you MUST lock the apartment and deposit the keys into the mailbox for Apartment 305. The mailboxes are on the ground floor by the main building entrance/exit. If you have parked in the free parking space, you can exit the car park by vehicle without the keys, but not if on foot. If on foot, use the main entrance on the ground floor.
Please ensure you have all your belongings BEFORE the key goes in the mailbox as you will not be able to re-enter, once you have exited the main entrance or are in the car park.
